Our Build Your Own Printed Board Cut Outs service gives you a full 1200 × 2400mm board to fill with your own logos, shapes, signs, characters, props and graphics.
Simply choose your board material, open our online board builder, upload your designs and arrange them to make the best use of the available space.
You can add multiple different designs and sizes to the same board — perfect when you need a collection of printed cut outs rather than one large sign.
Important Before You Start
Please leave a minimum 10mm gap between each individual cut out. This gives us sufficient space to accurately cut around each design. Designs positioned too close together may need to be adjusted before production.
Artwork quality matters. We print from the files you supply. If you upload a low-resolution, pixelated or poor-quality image, this will be reflected in the finished print. Enlarging a small image can make the problem much more noticeable. Print'n'Drop cannot be held responsible for poor print quality caused by low-resolution or unsuitable customer-supplied artwork.
Need your cut outs to stand up? Display struts are available to purchase separately and can be attached to suitable cut outs to create freestanding displays. Please add the required struts to your order separately.

Artwork Guidelines
For the best possible results:
Use high-resolution artwork – 300dpi recommended
PNG files with transparent backgrounds are ideal for shaped cut outs
Avoid screenshots, thumbnails and images downloaded at a very small size
Keep important text and design elements safely inside the cutting edge
Leave at least 10mm between every individual cut out
Check your complete board carefully before adding it to your basket
